About thirty minutes. We show the exact state of the product on a sample database, with the cases you choose: a transfer entered wrongly, a pupil whose parents are separated, a trip paid in several instalments.
How the demo works
- You describe your context: number of schools and pupils, tools in place.
- We show the wallet, the canteen, the invoicing and the families portal on your cases.
- You receive a written summary of what was shown and of what is prepared before go-live.
Before requesting a demo
Which version of Odoo does Mensavo run on?
On Odoo 19. The core runs on Community. Automatic import of CODA bank statements and appointment booking for parents' meetings require Odoo Enterprise.
Do we need to replace our accounting software?
No. Wallet and invoice movements are exported with their accounting codes, in Excel or CSV, to join the accounting software of the governing body.
What happens to the balances and cards from our current tool?
They are taken over with your team before go-live, along with the connection to the pupil database and the integration of the till or copier already in place.
Who collects the families' online payments?
A licensed payment service provider, under contract with the school or the governing body. Mensavo handles the technical integration.
